The Role
We are currently seeking a Field Service Technician to join our skilled and friendly team. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical and electrical aptitude who enjoys variety in their work, from diagnosing breakdowns to performing routine maintenance and preparing machines for hire or sale.
Key Responsibilities
Routine servicing of cleaning machinery at customer locations
Breakdown call-outs and efficient diagnosis and repair faults
Replace components and fit accessories as required
Deliver new machines to customers, perform user training
Perform workshop-based repairs and maintenance
Prepare equipment for casual or long-term hire
Refurbish and set up new or used machines for sale
About You
Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical and/or electrical equipment service
Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
A professional and neat appearance
The ability to work independently and manage time effectively
A current, valid driver’s license (essential)
